Established in 1934, Shelbyville Country Club offers its members benefits and privileges that go beyond golf while encompassing a small town social atmosphere. The 6,400 yard golf course offers the most experienced, as well as the beginning golfer, a chance to test and develop their skills. The signature "horseshoe" lake provides the foundation for the original 1934 course design by Buck Blankenship. Updates and reconfigured holes were added to the design in 1974. Shelbyville Country Club lies in the rolling hills of Shelby County and takes the golfer on a tour through a mature tree landscape. This course places a true value on shot accuracy versus distance off the tee. With a limited membership base, you can be assured of an enjoyable round of golf even during the busiest months of the year.
